Before participating in the academy, I was experiencing dead end relationships. I struggled with knowing how to date. I realized I was dating without a vision or a purpose. I was hoping at the end of the academy I was going to be ready to find a husband or at least a relationship, but what I found was so much more important, I found myself and landed right into my purpose. During the program I did learn about how to date and how to position myself for dating, but I also learned about self love and self discovery. I gained the confidence to love who God created me to be. As a result of the program I was able to release toxic feelings and behaviors through the Emotional Detox exercise. I think that exercise helped me the most. I was able to let go of people that no longer served my greater good. It also jump started my emotional healing process.
